At Gifts For Pet Owners, each item is made-to-order with love and care using your pet's photo and personalizations. Since our products are custom designed, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once the order is confirmed.

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
