Our custom products typically take 2-4 business days to produce. Once shipped, delivery takes 5-8 business days depending on your location.
Yes! Our platform lets you upload your pet’s photo and preview your design in real time before placing the order.
Upload a high-resolution photo with good lighting. Your pet should be clearly visible and centered if possible. The better the photo, the better the final product!
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.
Since each product is personalized, we do not accept returns unless there's a defect or issue with the order. Please contact us within 7 days if there’s a problem.
Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
